I’m not being hyperbolic, this is the best tin of fish I’ve ever had. Look at those fatty layers

It starts out with a nice salmon forward taste; and then a few seconds later you get a sweet maple syrup finish.

Josephson’s does sent provide nutritional info and I don’t care. This is the top of the salmon mountain for me. Not overly salted like WFC, just perfect.

The shipping cost is insane, so I encourage you to buy 6 and thank me later.

Been looking forward to cracking this tin since it arrived from Alaska. Upon opening, I was not disappointed. Beautiful deep color, of chunky Sockeye Salmon.

Smokey and a little salty, but the salmon still shines through.

It’s great out of the tin. I made some toast, added kewpie and some spicy pickles. Nom nom.

Surprised at how much enjoyment I’ve gotten from exploring the world of tinfish.
