-Amelia wins a Harper Avery with some brain thing Derek started
-most of the new interns/residents can fall into oblivion for all I care. Have one or two of the ones who are actually good become attendings.
Last 15 mins
-Flash forward years into the future
-Chief Miranda Bailey brings the new interns and does the whole first day of your first year speech
-Zola is amongst them
-other new interns whisper "Thats Meredith Greys daughter"
-Zola allows two other interns to move in with her where she now lives in Derek's old house (don't know or care who owns or lives there now)
Final final scene
-Zola visits Meredith in a home where she's talking about Derek going back with Addison as she's visably dealing with Alzheimer's
