I got these photos back while I was in Thailand, and found this one shot with a weird blue streak on it. It's so defined, almost as if made with a highlighter or something like that. I actually kind of like it, so I'm not upset over it by any means, but I would love to know if anyone has an explanation for what could cause this.

Is it an issue with the film itself? A bizarre camera defect? A problem with the development? A ghost captured in the frame?
