I was in a car accident and the insurance has made me an offer settlement but it is super low and unfair. Also my policy states I have 45 day rental coverage and I pay a premium for it. They have requested the car back even though I have not accepted the offer. Are they allowed to do this? Im going to be without a car and I havent accepted the offer yet because they're low balling me on the offer. What do I do? My policy that I pay for says 45 days rental coverage.
