Help improving my jumps.

I’ve been biking most of my life and was never really comfortable on jumps like this. I have no issues with drops but have always been “scared” of dirt jumps. I was pretty fearless as a kid, but now 40 and a dad, I have a bit more to worry about and get pretty nervous. Once I hit the jump I feel like I go on auto pilot and don’t really know what’s going on- I have no real awareness of my bike-body connection and no control until I land. I also end up crooked when i take off. I also need to work on getting my nose down a bit more on landing. Based on what you see, any tips on setting up, landing and overall technique would be amazing!
