Should I quit my job!?
Am I crazy for wanting to quit my job within the first month in!?
Still no uniform (they asked for size 3 weeks ago)
I haven’t been paid yet (should be weekly or bi weekly)
not getting any shifts (if I don’t contact I don’t get shifts) When I do message it’s always “sure come in tonight” rather than a proper schedule/ times then nothing after that shift
no punch in code still
Still not apart of any of the work group chats
Had workplace injury (burn) was told to fill out the accident report another day
Lack of proper training/ unorganized training
Theres an IPad for logs that I still haven’t been given the password too
There’s more but trying to keep it short
Only downside is I don’t have anything lined up “yet” but am actively pushing out applications… so am I crazy for wanting to quit now?
