As I continue further my quest on trying to do my laughter, a lot of people recommend breath exercises, and one thing that I just realized is that I never heard how to breathe from the stomach, since whenever I inhale, all the air goes to the chest rather than the stomach. So I’m here to ask how to breathe from the stomach to better utilize my diaphragm.

However since I am stupid and get confused by the long strings of steps that people put under my replies, I’m simply looking for simple instructions on how to do this
