The Republic of Rheasilvia is a newly established, Earth-based micronation operating under a presidential system.
Territorial Administration & Claim: The Republic physically operates out of an Earth-based administrative headquarters under the leadership of our President. Our sovereign de jure legal claim is the astronomical territory of 4 Vesta, located in the main asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, with our primary capital sector designated at the Rheasilvia impact basin.
We explicitly recognize that we do not hold de facto physical occupation of the territory at this moment. The sovereignty of this nation is managed and maintained completely in the real world via our Earth-based offices.
Founding Law: Under presidential authority, the supreme law of the Republic states that it is strictly illegal for any individual or foreign entity to attempt to, or successfully, damage the integrity of the nation, its digital infrastructure, or its declared territory.
