Hello, I have some rust spots in a case that I got in used condition recently, at least from what's visible, the rust spots are only at the lower parts of the interior. Considering the age of the case, it's in a rather good condition, must've been stored somewhere relatively good.

I live in Indonesia, therefore humidity in my room is horrific at 60-70% RH @ 29°C. When the AC is on, it can be mitigated to 55% RH @ 24°C, but obviously I don't want to drive up the electricity costs running it 24/7.

Is there a way to stop/slow down the rust now that the case is being used in my room? I love this case and would like to use it for a really long time.
