I know they’ve been doing this largely because that’s where Bryan Freedman’s big connections are, but can we just not? It plays directly into BL fans’ narrative, and it’s not reflective of who Justin and Jamey in particular really are. My guess is those two don’t pay a ton of attention to what outlets are what (based on Justin’s “you mean the people with the red hats?” response to being baited about MAGA in his depo) but it’s a bad look to a lot of people who haven’t followed the case closely (or who are prone to siding with a woman because she’s a woman, which is a lot of people and for solid enough reasons). If the WF folks read this sub, I’m begging you, go to other outlets, podcasts, etc. Anyone currently or formerly connected to Fox News is absolutely not it, for PR reasons alone, please and thank you. 🙏🏼

Am I the only one who doesn’t think the 47.1 stuff in the settlement agreement makes Wayfarer look bad? They’re not conceding anything. They’re saying, judge, we have an agreement but we’re at an impasse on 47.1, so we leave that up to you. The chances of Liman ruling in Lively’s favor on that do not seem great to me. At all. So this just makes Lively look desperate to get SOMEthing out of them. Just me?
