How to deal with stress

I had one single exam and i still have 8 going on and Im already so stressed and spiralling I can’t study properly because of it. My predicted grades are absolutely boosted and I chose a uni that has a high requirement (AAA) that I cannot achieve since I’m on C in chem and B in bio and maybe if I’m lucky I could scrape a low A in psych, but honestly after paper 1 I think I absolutely messed tf up now I can’t stop spiralling about what if I get BBC and end up going nowhere. I’m genuinely cooked I’m so anxious how do yall deal with stress and still study honestly😭😭

Missing offer

I’m applying for anatomy developmental and human biology at King’s which is a relatively niche course compared to other biosciences. (They took in around 25 people each year based on the stats) I applied with one grade lower than the requirement (AAA) thinking I’d be rejected however they somehow accepted my offer and now I’m spiralling over not meeting my conditions (they gave me AAA as my conditions) because chemistry is genuinely just so so hard with the grade boundaries skyrocketing. (80% for an A bruh) This course is small so the data on ucas was combined with 6 other courses therefore not reliable. Would they be lenient on results day? To my knowledge this course hasn’t been in clearing in the past few years and im SO STRESSED

Edit: supplied some stats
