Hello I'm so frustrated I would love some advice and to vent a little bit. I got off birth control three years ago I had been on it since I was 14 and was diagnosed with PCOS I'm now 27. And started progesterone to make me have periods every 2-3months instead, I'm afraid to get uterus cancer. Then a year ago I started metformin the slow release one. I have lost 20 pounds (which was 10% of my OG bodyweight YAY!) being on a low carb diet and doing more weight lifting, but over the last few months I haven't continued to losing weight, I want to lose another 20 pounds at least. Then top of it all still no period! And my facial hair is getting out of control I feel like a man having to shave or pluck my face. Also kind of embarrassing but I have had no real sexual drive. And I feel bad for my partner because he wants me but I don't really feel into it even if he likes tries, ya know. And I used to have a sexual drive but over the last year it hasn't really been there but at the same time I want to do it with him. And on top of that my pelvic muscle is really tight (started two years ago) I try to do stretches but it just barely helps and doesn't really help overall it seems. This is really sucking and I feel like my PCOS symptoms are getting worse. And maybe I should get back on the pill? I have no idea what to do, should I talk to my doctor again I feel like they don't really care or know what to do.

Yes I have been to the doctor to talk about all of these issues with them. It's been awhile since I have been and I don't think I have talked to them about the sexual drive.

My main questions for you guys.

What did you guys do about the weight loss plateauing?

What are we doing about facial hair?

And has anyone gotten back on birth control after getting off it, what was the experience?

What do you do about intimacy with your partner and never feeling into it if you want to do it?
