This week was my 6th shot of 2.5mg. In 3 weeks I’ll be upping to 5mg. I just want to share this and want to see what you think of my progress so far. I’ve gained about 50 pounds rapidly from antipsychotic medication. It really took a toll on me. Now I’m finally slowly losing it. I’m 5’10 and my first goal is to get down to 220 :) I found breaking my goal weight into intervals I don’t lose motivation since it’s a long journey. Slowly but surely.
