Hey, I am from the EU and I am looking for accommodation in Mannheim for my dual studies. My internship only starts on 01.08. Until then, I would need:

• deutsche Adresse
• deutsche Bankverbindung
• Steuer-ID
• Krankenversicherung

I have already been offered a rental contract, but the move-in date is only 01.07.
From your experience, do I have enough time to obtain all the required documents?
