Can anyone tell me about the csc scholarship , i don't know the exact details cuz it's my first time like what time should i apply should i apply now or wait ?

And like should i apply to the csc link or directly apply on the University site?

And does it differ if you're a Chinese or non-chinese speaker?

Cuz i heard it's different and is also different if you apply for bachelor or masters degree
