i have daily suicidal thoughts and i want to go to psych unit at least i can be safe but i'm afraid my program will know,

the thing is if you see me and talk to me you will think i'm fine,

is there a way my program cannot know? i'm willing to travel/drive to another city.

i'm in the DMV area
