Got this ball from a neighbor.

His brother was a police sergeant in Cincy and worked security for the team so they gave him this ball sometime in the late 70s or early 80s. Any idea who all of the signatures are and what year it could be from? I obviously know Pete, Griffey Sr and Tom Browning. Unsure of the others.

I am currently working in a field that requires me to use a flashlight with a very tight beam pattern that is also fairly bright. Also it needs to have zero flood. Any suggestions?

Not sure if im using the correct terms but hopefully it makes sense. Thanks in advance.
