ended with a 64.8%, what are the chances I get into manu with a good personal statement? Or is this even a realistic 1st choice

Put manu as my 1st choice not knowing if ill get in, I dont know if a personal statement will make a difference to get me in or not but im hard coping nervertheless. Any advice?
