Will PRN 27 drift exactly 90ns before the outage? My torsional model predicted this curve 24 hours ago.

I’ve been tracking a residual drift in the PRN 27 clock residuals that standard GR models seem to treat as noise. My model predicted this specific 90ns curve—and the subsequent 'unusable' flag—24 hours before the event.
