I am looking for parks or other public spaces close to DC that are open at night for using a telescope. Someplace reasonable dark with open horizons. I know about Sky Meadows and other spots outside the city, I am looking for something closer to go to. Got chased out of my usual park by police, because it's apparently closed at dark.
