Advice

Chiari malformation. Mri says stable appearance since 2022. New worsening throbbing pain wakes me up from sleep. Early mornings. Peak pain in mornings. Pain is strictly left sided occipital area. Sometimes its throbs to the top of head on the left side sometimes behind the eye. During the pain it hurts to move, if i start to fall back asleep regardless of position it starts to throb. Starting qulipta to see if it will help. Does this sound like csf issues from chiari or migraine?

Please advice help

PLEASE HELP!!
I need advice I saw neurosurgery. neurosurgery doesn’t think I’m a candidate for surgery which I really don’t want surgery. Mild to moderate CSF decrease in posterior and anterior at the fornaem magnum. a headache specialist can’t see me until February. My neurologist can’t see me until October and he said he’s not sure what this pain is because it could be chiari or migraine. What do I do? I’m in pain every single day. No one’s helping me what could be causing this??

Ferritin and issues

Question. Ferritin was 8 in april now its 15 in july. My oxygen binding is 328 and saturation is 27 which i think are good. With normal oxygen could my ferritin of 15 still be causing the symptoms im having? Fast heart rate and shortness doing absolutely anything. Especially going up my stairs. And heart palpitations 😭😭 echocardiogram was normal. 11 months postpartum

Ferritin and palpitations

Started noticing hair falling out in clumps, tachycardia with climbing the or standing up. Hemoglobin is 13.6 ferritin was 8 in april now its 15. My worst symptom is the insane palpitations. I feel a pause and a big thud and it just happens at rest or if im doing stuff. What is happening? I have always had issues with ferritin in the past and had times were my anemia was way worse and wasnt have palpitations but now i am. Someone help me understand what is causing them. Echocardiogram was normal.

Hey there guys, I need help.

I am a 23 year old female, I got “diagnosed” with chiari back in 2019, my mri showed 2.5mm. Then in September of 2022 my chiari was red at 4mm without Chiari Malformation and marked as unchanged from 2019. Then my most recent mri (april of 22026) shows right sided 7mm cerbellar ectopia “borderline chiari one” but says remains stable and similar to comparison from mri of 2022. So that im confused about. No syrnix.

Second I have straightened lordosis and mild levocurvature of upper thoracic spine. I have HORRIBLE neck pain and back pain, and super tight traps. My biggest symptoms are extreme feeling off balance when sitting up right or standing. I feel off balance but I can balance on one foot. Visual snow symptoms (flickering vision, trailing vision) so is this my chiari causing my neck, vison and dizziness issues? Or is this happening to me just because i have tight back issues? I dont get the typical sharp headaches when coughing laughing sneezing. Just the neck pain, occipital neuralgia flare ups occasionally and the DIZZINESS.
