After 7 years of loyalty, CloudCone randomly banned me twice. Active balance left, clean VPS.

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I just want to share my recent terrible experience with CloudCone and warn anyone who is considering using their services.
I’ve been a loyal follower and customer of CloudCone for over 7 years. I used to love their services, always kept an eye on their promotional emails, and stayed with them through thick and thin. Even during their massive server crash/data loss crisis months ago that took forever to resolve, I remained patient and supported them.
But their recent automated system and support have pushed me over the edge.
Here is what happened: I am currently using a $14/year promo VPS. There is still a prepaid balance left in my account. I barely touch this VPS—I only use it occasionally to test vanilla VPS management scripts (for domains and hosting panels). Everything I do is standard, clean, and never causes any issues on other providers.
Yet, CloudCone has completely locked my account for the second time now without any valid explanation or prior warning.
What makes it worse is their current support. I opened a ticket and emailed them 2 days ago asking for a clear reason, and I have received absolutely zero response. They are completely ghosting me while holding my money and my active service.
It feels like they are systematically banning low-cost promo accounts or just letting their flawed anti-fraud bots run wild without human supervision.
After 7 years of loyalty, being treated like a scammer while paying upfront is unacceptable. If you are looking for a reliable low-end VPS provider with decent uptime and actual customer support, stay away from CloudCone. They are not the company they used to be.
Has anyone else experienced these random account locks or getting ghosted by their support team recently?
