Im trying to find an English tutor who can help non-native speaker improve speaking skills (pronunciation, vocabulary, etc.). Preferably someone who is bilingual themselves, so they understand what is hard when learning a language.

Background: this is for my gf, who has been living in North America for a few years and received a college education here. Her pronunciation and vocabulary is adequate but could be improved. She sometimes struggles to express her thoughts. The goal is not to have a perfect accent.

Is there any place i can find a tutor/educator? I also know that language exchange could be a good way (HelloTalk app for example). Thanks!
