🥳 On 29th of September Copley filed to extend its SPAC timeline, potentially giving the Ignite deal more time rather than forcing an immediate wind-down.
That does not confirm the Ignite/ADTX transaction is completed, but it keeps the path open. 🙌 The final piece would be a filing showing the Ignite-specific deal has been formally extended/amended and that financing/closing conditions are progressing. If that lands, the ADTX thesis changes materially.🚀 Defo, I am buying more! 🚀
