How to reduce emotional eating?
I have noticed that I use snacking as a way to manage emotions. When I'm sad or tired I want to eat something sweet to get a burst of happiness. When I'm anxious, I want to eat something crunchy to burn off aggression. This issue gets more prevelant when I'm in calorie deficit.
I"m 5"1 and around 130 pounds, so I wouldnt call this very serious issue. I can usually stop emotional eating after around 250-500 kcal.
Any advice on how to reduce this? I feel like my weight would start dropping, if I could just reduce this.
