Building still has not turned on AC

Currently scrolling through hotel pricing for the next two days. I’ve been sleep deprived the last three days.

For two years I’ve survived without an oven and a dishwasher but this no AC until June feels like literal human torture. (I rent a condo in an older River North high rise). Unit owner couldn’t give two sh*ts.

I’m about to lose my sh*t right now and buy an $800 hotel room next door.

Ik it’s poor context for a bad rant but can anybody please provide cooling tips for a high-floor 525 square foot studio that faces West
