Problems with delivery
Hey everyone, I discovered Moon Walker a few months ago and I have been a big fan ever since. I ordered two albums back in April because I really love physical media. I live in Europe so I expected this to take awhile.
I got an email on the 11th of May where they told me that my CDs were delivered but I had not received anything. I tried contacting the delivery service but they were apparantly American exclusive? And my tracking said it was deliverd in Nashville which doesn't make any sense considering I'm from Europe. I checked to see if I made a mistake but I did put the correct shipping address.
I tried contacting the Moon Walker shop through various of emails and through Shopify. Even asking around on Discord and Instagram but I have yet to receive a response. I gave up after 3 weeks of trying and I've been thinking about selling my tickets that I had for November. But I do not want to give up so I tried contacting them again today.
Does anyone know a better way to contact them? And does someone have experience with an order being wrongly delivered?
