Culmination of “oh poop”
Not sure where to start. I have gotten myself into a pickle. (Trying to not give out too many identifiable details.)
I have a large house repair bill, but also a large car repair bill at the same time. I have lived footloose and fancy free as they say, and now I have to figure stuff out. And quick. Oh and cards are maxed out.
Take home a month (after taxes/health insurance/401k) is about 6,650 and spend about 2300 a month in housing.
So currently I am left with $4350 after housing. (I have another part time job starting in mid June to add another 1200ish to the pot.)
I’m a single mom of 3 kids left at home, a dog, and sad to say a partner who probably needs to go because they’re not really partnering as much as taking emotional bandwidth and sucking up resources. (They contribute $125 week to the home…I know, I know. But, confrontation and past trauma…I’m in therapy. anyhooo).
I need to clean up my mess and I don’t even know where to start. Today the plan is to switch my cell phone plan to a different carrier and hopefully cut it in half. (Said company has lines for $25 for nurses according to information online).
What’s next?
(Omgosh this sounds terrible. I see the number and idk why I’m struggling.) 😮💨
