Has anyone received an item missing a piece and had IKEA do a shipment/return on the same day? My countertop is missing the plastic edging. The first replacement was the wrong color, second order couldn’t be fulfilled and this time they are going to attempt to delivery the whole countertop, remove the part and then take back the countertop. Just curious if anyone has done this?
I won’t be home the day of the deliver and was told that the item would be left outside. I called back to verify that the driver will remove the correct part and was told that they wont leave a countertop(confusing because my last two were left). I tried to change days, but the customer service person said it couldn’t be changed.
