My setup is:
-In home: UDM SE, U7 wall & U7 outdoor on exterior wall facing a boathouse.
-In boathouse: UDB Pro and USW Lite POE switch

Somehow the UDB pro is online (plugged into switch port 1) and the switch is offline? I’m not physically near the equipment at the moment to diagnose, but was recently messing with vlan/firewall settings. Could that have been reason enough to have thrown the switch offline and unable to come back online despite reverting vlan/firewall settings back to their default state? I’m a noob go easy on me, thanks

I’m looking to get some guidance from board members who have dealt with Lennar (or other national developers) through transition and settlement negotiation.

Using fake numbers here: we requested settlement of $1m and they proposed 500k. Curious where others landed of an approximation of request/receipt (in my case it’s ~50%). Trying to understand how hard we can pushback against the developer without going through litigation.
