Need honest advice from founders/operators.

We’re building a hyperlocal delivery platform in a smaller Pakistani market, delivering food, groceries, medicines, bakery items, and daily essentials.

One thing we strongly believe in:

Customers should pay actual shop prices, while delivery charges remain transparent separately.

The challenge now is scaling sustainably.

Not every vendor is willing to give commission, WhatsApp operations create leakage issues, and building proper systems without major funding is difficult.

I genuinely want to understand:
