Can someone please explain to me how the subjects of family law and wills and trusts will be tested on the MPT? I know the MPT doesn’t require us to recite real black letter law, so why does the NCBE say these topics will be tested on the MPT? I’m a re-taker and the MPT has been my nemesis. Any advice on how to do well on this part of the exam would be very helpful. Thanks. 😊
