I'm really desperate for some kind of connection with ppl like me. Haven't been successful in finding support groups for PN patients for women--at least the ones that are free. I need more than online posts, like I beed face-to-face zoom or in-person meetings.

Does anyone have good connection?

Did anyone else also do "pain exposure therapy"? Bc that's what my physical therapists did and it didn't work... at all.

I have PN and really tight pelvic floor muscles. Any internal work (not even full finger, like 1/2" inside) hurts like sh*t bc my pudendal nerves are so aggravated. But bc "it's PAIN EXPOSURE THERAPY" the PTs just said it's supposed to hurt... continued the treatment, tried a bunch of other external work for almost 2 yrs with no progress.

I quit treatment altogether bc I got the impression that these therapists don't care how painful the treatment is for me (and NO progress). Is everyone else just bearing through that shit? And it helped?? Or did anyone else experience smth like me?

I'm just confused and really want info on treatments that don't hurt like hell.
