Do i have to keep my ACs in a feidge?

All setups i see on the internet have the aromachemicals put on a shelve or something and i also do that. Should i refrigerate my raw materials? Are there any specific ones that should be? How does this work? And how do i know which ones should and which ones shouldn't?

Should pink pepper smell like this?

I have bought pink pepper EO (Robert Vieille) and it smells completely different than the description. The opening is a strong fresh realistic black peppery smell but it is also very green. It smells mostly like plant stems or something strange like that and it is really not nice to the nose. It is also slightly rosy and "pink" but not candy like or sparkling. The even stranger part is the dry down, which is very very sweet honey like. To me it is exactly like mint tea with way too much honey. Is that normal?

I have bought a lot of these 20ml amber bottles:

https://apivest.ro/sticluta-propolis-20-ml/

They are for bee care, for propolis. They are anti leak and nice quality amber glass and i will remove their plastic droppers. The only problem left is that there is no special polycone built in the cap. Is that a big problem? AI told me it could react with my aroma chemicals and fuck everything up, but you cannot trust what AI says about perfumery, so i came here for advice. How okay are amber bottles with simple caps, and can i use them? The special stuff made specifically for perfumery is like 5x the price and i feel like it is just markup, but i am just a beginner who doesn't know a lot yet.
