My neighbor's kids keep hitting the side of my building and the patio door with a soccer ball. They're younger, I'm glad they're outside and playing, but sometimes it seems to be on purpose or without care. They even hit my broom propped next to my door, knocking it over. Came over to get the ball but didn't put the broom back. I just moved in and I'd like to start using my patio this summer but with the balls being launched at it I fear for any plants or furniture I put out there. I don't want to be mean or make them feel like the kids can't play, but I need it to stop. Sometimes it hits so hard it legitimately scares me. Should I talk to the parents first, or talk to management and let them handle? The parents may not even know it's happening. The kids play outside by themselves.
