Advice - full yard renovation

I used AI to help me figure out a basic layout and vision for the backyard, so this isn’t meant to be exact... more of a long-term inspiration plan. The yard definitely still needs a lot of work. The whole yard isn’t level except for where the old above-ground pool used to sit, and some things (like the fence height) won’t be changing right away. Also ignore the unfinished fence section... life happened and we had to pause, but that should finally be finished this weekend.

My current plan was to leave about a foot of space along the fence line so when we eventually replace the fence we’re not stepping all over flower beds. I’m thinking about renting a cultivator/tiller to help restart the lawn and garden areas, but I’m not sure if I should do the entire yard or just sections at a time. I was also considering adding topsoil afterward to help level and improve everything.

The planter box is probably getting moved behind the garage since it gets much better sun there and seems like a smarter spot for a vegetable garden. I already have around 20 plants for the butterfly garden and was planning to start in the upper left corner first, then slowly build it out over the summer instead of trying to do everything at once.

Would love honest opinions, good or bad, and especially any landscaping/lawn tips from people who’ve tackled uneven yards before. Trying to make this functional for kids while still creating a relaxing garden space.

Help- potential yard renovation

I used AI to help figure out basic layout of how I want the yard to look (please don't hate). I want to know how much work you think I need to do to transform my lawn, the whole yard isn't leveled besides where the old above ground pool sat. Obviously some items aren't going to change for a while like the fence is short. Mind the fence - had to pause mid because of life events, that will be finished this weekend too. I was going to leave about a foot to the fence so when we do replace we're not stepping on flowers. I was going to rent a cultivator, do I need to do it to the whole yard to start over and then put on a top soil? Dig up that planter box and move to behind the garage, it's better area for a garden, more sun. I have about 20 plants currently for the butterfly garden, I was going to start on the top left and get those in and work slowly through the summer. What do you guys think? Good or bad comments please. I need some tips
