Reset Option Missing
I have been working on trying to get the BlueLink system in my 2023 Palisade to connect.
Proceeded to do the update via USB as that was what was suggested by support and apparently it had never been done so it was a very old version.
Right now the system says Inactive (5) which from what I can find says the modem is stuck offline and needs to reset.
No issue I follow the instructions to get into dealer mode and go to Connected Car Services, but there is no reset button. I can see all the information but nothing is there for me to interact with.
Is there something I did wrong or something else I need to do?
