I have been working on trying to get the BlueLink system in my 2023 Palisade to connect.

Proceeded to do the update via USB as that was what was suggested by support and apparently it had never been done so it was a very old version.

Right now the system says Inactive (5) which from what I can find says the modem is stuck offline and needs to reset.

No issue I follow the instructions to get into dealer mode and go to Connected Car Services, but there is no reset button. I can see all the information but nothing is there for me to interact with.

Is there something I did wrong or something else I need to do?

Just purchased a used model and love it, but I need some support on the wireless charger.

My personal phone is a Pixel 8 Pro and the pad was not registering it. I thought maybe it was my case so I went and got an Otterbox Symmetry that's their thinnest case that says it supports wireless charging. Tried it today and no luck, the only way it works is if I remove the rubber slip cover and put it directly on the charger.

My work phone is an iPhone 14 pro Max and is in a case as well that does not have the mag safe ring built into it, but it charges just fine on the pad with the rubber slip cover.

Is there a setting on my Pixel to boost the signal or does anyone have a case they know works just fine? I bought a wireless android auto converter and would love to just use the two together without having to constantly plug and unplug my phone.
