Intermittent Toilet Leak, very strange!

Yo folks! Got my first rehab basically done, living in it before I put tenants in here to make sure it's all straight up and down. Have an odd issue with a toilet in the basement I'd like a hand with.

So, I put new toilet in. Handyman decides to use rubber seal. After a week or two it began occasionally leaking wastewater from toilet out of the front of the toilet where the toilet meets with the concrete floor. You can flush it many times in a row, without leaking, then, randomly, at some point, there will be a little puddle of water coming out from underneath.

I tried a wax ring after that. Same issue. Then, we try a jumbo wax ring. Now, same issue, but, instead of water coming out of the front, it's coming out of the back of the toilet.

I should mention, due to cost and minimal research indicated no issue with doing so, that I have a 12" rough in toilet and a 14" rough inch flange. I was thinking this might be the issue, after talking to Grok, especially since the concrete floor down there is pretty uneven.

When I put in the Jumbo Ring, I had the toilet on it's side to check for cracks and I couldn't see any. I am wondering if the pipe thing that goes into the floor is bad? Or if it's an issue with the rough in?

I was told to try TWO normal sized wax rings this time around.
