Outdoor fun in Kodiak, AK

Emerald wanted to go diving, so Shoshanna went along for fun, but fell asleep, and Sterling was there to take pics. We all had a great time despite the rain.

July 2026 VP-assisted Haul

Hello all! This is the remainder of perfumes that I picked up over this last week in New Mexico and Texas. Thank you to everyone who helped me select First and Organza (I also purchased the Bellodgia and Donna Karan). I was up in the mountains, walking around the shop with my cell phone held up to the ceiling 😂 but I was able to receive your advice.

I found the Tweed, Spark, Startling, and Avon in a couple other shops. The little gold bottle is Startling by Eisenberg, which I had never heard of. If anyone knows something about that, please tell me. I honestly fell in love with the bottle aesthetic and would have purchased it even if it had been empty. I had never heard of it and what is left inside smells absolutely lovely.

I was extraordinarily lucky this trip, not only to find such lovely and beautiful scents, but at such wonderfully low prices, and all of them have aged very well.

Between these, the Shalimar, the Versace, the Bal de Versailles (for $10! So I had to play it cool and not squeal when I discovered the price.), and Blue Grass that I posted last week, I think I may have used up my luck for the summer if not for the year!

No. 19 I am I decided…

What would you date this No. 19? I’m wavering on purchasing due to the price. I’m not asking for valuation—I’m asking you to support my addiction because I fear it may be overpriced.

Post office finds ❤️

I found these at an antique mall that sits in what used to be a post office. I got a bargain! I’m beyond stoked!

Sunday Funday—Revlon

I purchased this at an antique shop in West Virgina last weekend. Could anyone date the bottle or share any info?

I also bought another beautiful display tray, but I’m running out of space!

Speak it into existence!

We were just discussing it in another post, and today the Fates were kind to me.

I shop antique stores for perfume; I very rarely buy online, and I found a bottle of Youth Dew that hasn’t turned!! It’s the fragrance my grandmother wore and the bottle shape I remember.

I also came across an Evening in Paris with perfume still inside, which is a first for me; usually they’re empty. I like it.

Then I spotted the Coty and squealed. I adore the paraphernalia that survives alongside the perfume: the boxes, inserts, and little forgotten treasures. The blush is untouched, still has the puff and advertising sticker on the back, though I suspect time has muted blush color. The Muguet is new to me. I’d never smelled it before, but it’s too green for me. Sadly, the lipstick is there, but it melted at some point.

Mysterious Ballerina

Hello! I’ve done image searches, but no luck figuring out what this is. I suspect it may be Avon. It doesn’t have any marking on the bottle or top. Anyone have an idea?

Tabac Blond, thoughts?

I love, absolutely love, Tabac Blond! *swoon*

I’ve only used modern decants for everyday wear. I’m now debating purchasing a vintage bottle.

I’ve ordered sample decants from antique vintage bottles and there is a WORLD of difference. She’s more decadent and bold! However, spending 1-2K is not in the cards right now.

I am not sure whether or not the differences between vintage 90s-2000s bottles and today’s formulation are worth the slightly higher price. Perhaps it’s better to just buy from Caron (never mind customs eek!). Should I buy vintage or new?

Also, feel free to share general thoughts on this darling favorite of mine.

Hi all! Has anyone in the U.S. ordered from TaoBao or know how and where I can get this scuba suit and gear?

I asked for advice here because I was worried this diamond would be lackluster, as it was priced a bit lower than similar diamonds. The advice I got was very helpful in making my decision to buy.

I was not impressed by the video I was sent, but I took a chance. I love her! She’s the perfect shade, very warm, but not yellow.

I bought it at Brilliance and had them set it. I give them a C+ on customer service and A+ on the diamond, craftsmanship, and delivery presentation.

Do your Bubus and Fufus participate in outings? When I take them out, they join in the fun and activities.
