AI Workflows are here: everything you need to know

If you've ever spent more time fighting prompts than using what the AI actually gives you, this one's for you.

AI Workflows are officially live in Kittl: hundreds of ready-to-use flows built by Kittl's design team, organized by the job you're doing: merch, mockups, product visuals, marketing, branding, and video. You pick a flow, drop in your photo or idea, and get a result that's already pointed in the right direction. No prompt to write, no settings to reverse-engineer.

Limited-time offer
Right now you can get 50% off annual plans with code WORKFLOWS

How it works

  1. Head to Kittl and open Workflows. They're sorted by job, so you can go straight to what you need.
  2. Pick one, then upload your photo or design, or describe your idea, and choose how many variations you want.
  3. Hit generate. It runs in the background, so you can keep working on something else while it processes.
  4. Open any result straight in the editor, or export it.

Every result opens in the Kittl editor, so you can adjust it, combine it with your brand kit, and finish it your way. The workflow gets you to a strong starting point. Where you take it is up to you. It even works on mobile, too.

Token cost is shown upfront
Each workflow tells you how many tokens it'll use before you run it, so there are no surprises and you can decide what's worth it.

What you can make
If you sell print-on-demand: merch graphics, mockups, and short-form video for your listings.
If you run a product brand: product visuals, marketing content, and social video.
Plus quick one-off tools like match a merch style, change product color, swap background, and style your logo. New workflows drop every week, and if one you'd use is missing, you can request it in the AI Hub.

Come learn it live
We're running two walkthrough sessions next week, one for each side of the community:

  • Mon Aug 4, for POD sellers: the proven listing workflow, idea to listing-ready.
  • Tue Aug 5, for product brands: the branded content workflow.

Both are free and you'll get the replay.

If you try a workflow, please share what you made. We're also taking suggestions for workflows to make next. Happy to answer questions on any of them here too.

Happy creating! ♾️ 🌀

Got a POD design that won't sell? Submit it and we'll rebuild it live

Juna Duncan (Detour Shirts) and Jay De Souza (Jay's Way) rebuild real community designs live every week. Now they're doing it with us for a special webinar on August 14th.

Drop a link to a listing or design when you RSVP and yours could get reworked on the spot. They'll show what's holding it back, then build a new version in real time, with Kittl's Agentic AI in the flow. Bring your questions too.

Observers are welcome, too! There's going to be plenty to pick up either way, and we're raffling off merch and a Kittl Expert plan, too.

FAQ

  • Can I use my own photo as a model, or my own mockup? Yes to both. Upload any image and use Kittl AI to apply your design and create your mockup.
  • Can I set exact pixel dimensions for AI images? Kittl works in aspect ratios, so pick the closest ratio after choosing your model, then export at the highest resolution available.
  • Can I feature multiple products in one video? Yes. Describe the layout clearly in your prompt and keep one hero product as the focal point.
  • "Where did this feature/button/tool go?" We ship UI updates often. The blog logs every change, big or small.
  • Is Kittl Agentic AI its own model? Nope. Kittl's Agentic AI makes it easy to describe what you want and get exactly what you asked for. It understands the context of your request, picks the best AI model for the job, enhances your prompt, and delivers. You can always switch back to Generate Image mode or Generate Video to pick the model yourself. Learn more here.
  • What if I have an urgent or account-specific request? Skip the thread and contact support directly. It's the fastest way to get it resolved.

Get Started

  1. Introduce yourself in a post. What are you building, and what are you working on this week?
  2. Ask a question in the megathread.
  3. Know someone who'd get value here? Send them over!
  4. Want to help run the place? We're looking for moderators, so DM us to apply.

Thanks for being part of the very first wave. We can't wait to see what you make!

How to use the bulk mockups extension in Kittl

Can you make a whole batch of product mockups in one go in Kittl? Yep! That's what the bulk mockups app is for. Here's how it works.

If you sell on Etsy, Amazon, or any print-on-demand platform, you know the pain of building mockups one by one across every product and color variant.

Using the bulk mockup app, you can add your design into the exact mockups you need, as well as pick multiple color variants at once. More mockups, less manual work, more time to actually design.

P.S. Bulk mockup is one of several new apps in Kittl. Connect the tools you already use like Pinterest, Printful, and more — right inside the editor. Learn more here

New in Kittl: Agentic AI picks the model, writes the prompt, and designs it for you

We just launched Agentic AI, a new way to create in Kittl. Here's what it does and how to try it.

Most of the work in AI design isn't the idea, it's everything after: what to write in the prompt, which model to pick, what format, style, and size. Agentic AI handles all of that.

You describe what you want in plain words, and it reads your brief, picks the right model, writes the prompt, and sorts the format and style for you.

What you get back is something ready to use, not something to fix. And of course to celebrate the launch — we're offering 50% off an annual Kittl plan (for a limited time only).

How to try it

  1. Open the AI panel and select Agentic AI
  2. Start from an image, a product photo, a logo, or a blank canvas
  3. Describe what you want in simple words, no over-engineered prompt needed
  4. Generate, and watch it build the prompt, choose the model, and set the size

You can create up to 4 variations from one idea, so instead of starting over you get different directions to compare, adjusting layout, style, and composition for you.

What you can make

  • Designs for apparel and branded content, up to 4 at once from one description
  • Product imagery: upload your product, describe the scene, and it places it into campaign-ready shots
  • Ads: describe what you're selling and who it's for, and it arranges the layout to work, not just look good
  • Social media videos: describe the outcome and it builds a video ready for your feed

On tokens

Agentic AI uses tokens from your plan, and because it picks the model for you the cost varies by output. Rough guide: around 15 tokens per image, and around 35 tokens per second of video.

This is the first version. More output types and smarter handling of your brief are coming, but the idea stays the same: you bring the idea, Kittl gets you somewhere worth going.

If you've tried it already, drop what you made in the comments. Curious what people are starting from, a product photo, a logo, or a blank canvas.

We rebuilt Brand Kits, and it's now live in Kittl.

Say goodbye to spending twenty minutes swapping colors and fonts on a template before it feels like yours.

Brands in Kittl (formerly known as Brand Kits) is now live.

Set up your logos, colors, fonts, and graphics once, then apply them to any template in a single click. Every design starts closer to your brand instead of from scratch, so labels, packaging, social posts, and listings actually read like the same brand.

Note: existing Brand Kits are migrated over, and updating a brand won't change designs you've already made.

We're walking through it live tomorrow. RSVP and we'll see you in the chat!

Now in Kittl: Ideogram 4.0

Quick one for anyone who's fought with AI text before:

Ideogram 4 just landed in Kittl.

If you've ever generated an image with words in it and gotten back something that looked vaguely like letters, this is an update worth knowing about. Ideogram 4 renders text inside images cleanly, so headlines, labels, and typographic designs come out readable instead of garbled.

A few things you'll notice:

  • Text that actually reads right. Posters, quote designs, and label mockups without the redo.
  • 2K resolution output, so what you make is ready for print, not just screens.
  • Closer prompt alignment. You describe the shot, you get closer to it on the first try.

You'll find it in the AI image generator next to the other models. Same workflow, just pick Ideogram 4 from the dropdown.

If you put it through its paces, share your results in our sub along with what you liked, and what you thought could be better, and you could win 1000 extra tokens.
