I recently thrifted this beauty but she looks and feels very dry.

Normally I clean my bags with saddle soap and use leather grease or leather lotion (not sure if that’s the right term, english is not my native language)

Just finished cleaning it saddle soap, that’s why there’s still some darker spots (I’m impatient, sorry) Tried the grease on one of the straps but it felt wrong and like making the bag look all greasy (although after letting it dry it feels a bit better).

Some tips and guides would be highly appreciated.
