Hi!
We are a family of 2 adults and a 4 year old looking to visit the island this May/June. I’ve started to do some research, but I was hoping to get some recommendations. So far, we’re considering starting in Taormina, possibly staying for a couple of nights, before making the drive to Syracuse and staying in the region perhaps 4/5 nights. We are fortunate that our son is very adventurous and likes travelling, but do you think this would be too much driving? Are we better to base ourselves in one place? In terms of what we were hoping to do: sightseeing, history & culture, food and perhaps a couple of beach days thrown in. Thank you!
