No clients?

Hi I just started working at a medspa that has been open for two years. There’s not a huge stream of clients, and I’m averaging about 6 appointments a month. What can I do to help bring in clients for myself?

Today my leasing manager sent me an email and a picture of my dog on our porch( second floor) and stated:

“You must keep the animal on a leash and under your supervision when outside the dwelling or any private fenced area. Please note that any future violations of this warning will result in a lease violation and/or termination of your lease.”

My husband lets our dog lay out on the porch sometimes, as he works from home, for no more than 20 minutes at a time. She literally lays down, and just hangs outside. We have lived at these apartments for one month, and we always did this at our old place so we never assumed a problem. We have also seen multiple other people leave their dogs on their balconies as well; even lots of yapping dogs.

The email was pretty aggressive so I went into the office just to clarify everything. I explained to the manager I would have preferred a phone call instead of this slightly aggressive email, and she stated for legal reasons they have to document everything on paper. Ok fine, but a call would’ve been nice instead of threating to kick me out for my dog sleeping on the porch? The manager was super rude, condescending, kept arguing with me about it, and barely muttered a sorry. Is this worth taking to corporate ? I am just baffled by her behavior as our former apartments we were at for YEARS at the sweetest and most kind managers.

I talked to a a few other people in the complex and said that she is ALWAYS rude and constantly taking photos of people and reporting them. It makes me a little uncomfortable she’s just taking photos of people.
