Hi everyone,
I'm not a great cook, but we have made more curry and such lately, and I noticed the coating of my Teflon pan has deteriorated a lot, so we threw it away.
As I don't want to buy a new expensive pan every 6 years and produce a lot of waste, I have now bought a good cast iron pan. It says to season it with oil before first use, which I will do, and of course to not put it in the dishwasher or use dish soap and such general information.
However, any tips on best use, so I avoid burning food and such? I've never had one before, so I'm happy for any little tips you have!
