Any suggestions on how to clean the inside of these lightbulbs?

I cleaned them about 1 year ago but ended up making them worse because the opening is so small that I wasn't able to get all the cleaning solution out and it ended up leaving water marks. Also some of the lightbulbs are getting really hazy so not sure if there are different suggestions for that. Thank you in advance!
