hi guys, has anyone experienced this? I got this irritating pain in my left arm 40 minutes after taking shilajit and lasts for a few hours. it happened to me three times. what does it mean? I just bought this bottle 😓. I tried shilajit before from a different brand and had nothing but amazing results. I read about some side effects online but I don't think they're accurate
