Anybody else have issues with abs cramping during ab exercises? When I first started my fitness journey around 19 I used to do Ab workouts all the time and never had an issue with cramping. I would do a thirty minute ab focused session after every workout and leave the gym feeling pumped. I stopped working out my abs religiously around the age of 25 and recently got back into it going into my 30’s . Now I can’t even get a good ab workout in because they almost instantly start to cramp up. I never stopped working out and am still in good shape but I can’t seem to ever workout my abs anymore past a couple of sit-ups. Any recommendations or maybe stretches to try out?
