Hii! just looking for some advice really from people going through similar things - we’re right at the start of our journey of home-buying. i was talking to my friend recently and she said that most banks don’t offer mortgages to people who have started a new job within the last 12 months. is that true?

I am on the lookout for a new job to increase my salary and worried about worsening my odds. Thanks!!
