My last marathon practice run - weird intervals, should I push slightly more?

I'm about to do my last long run, a practice race run where I'm going to be doing marathon pace in 2 blocks. This will be my first marathon. I have 2 questions:

  1. Isn't it weird that there are two blocks with same pace?

  2. Should I try to increase the pace on the last block even if slightly, using it to gauge how ready I would be for a slightly faster marathon? (Sub 3:10?)

The reason why I'm asking question 2 is that Runna has allocated a marathon prediction of 2:59-3:03 (overly ambitious) that I have since updated to 3:11ish after adding my best 5k time (this was missing). For further context, I have gotten a 3:15ish prediction based on HM time though that was last November (more details in another post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Marathon_Training/s/nt1Q1tcECR).

Bah, I already know the answer to #2 is probably no, but one can dream.

What would you do?

Runna has added a 1:25 HM time for my pace - why? when?

My best HM time is 1:33, yet when I check my plan it indicates that my HM time is 1:25. Why? When was this added? And how? Was it some app update that happened?

I don't remember adding such a low value. Is there any way I can find the date when it was added during this marathon training block?

This is what is mean, when I go to "Manage plan", see the image with the HM time added by Runna in first comment

Thanks

I'm here just to vent, I'm not sure if this will be deleted but I understand if it is. Sorry if that's the case.

I just completed my peak week last Saturday, having my long run completed with 34 km. My marathon race takes place by the end of the month.

This training block has been going well, I've done practically all my runs and achieved most of my target paces. Yet, at about 23-25 km I felt some pain in my ankle. Nothing much but would hurt a little bit every time I put my foot down. Again, nothing too painful, but something was there.

I'm unsure what was the cause: accumulated mileage? Insufficient strength training? My shoes have 800km on them, perhaps they are not cushioned anymore? Perhaps I rolled my ankle a little bit and didn't notice it? Bah

Sunday I noticed a little bit of swelling in the area. Things have been improving but I still decided to take it easy this week, and replaced all my runs for indoor bike. Still have a bit of pain, something barely noticeable, but I'm just afraid to run and make it worse. I'm still hoping I can run in 23 days

I'm just a bit discouraged as I was sooo looking forward to going for my first marathon. Have been running for about 2 years, started marathon training last August and did a couple of races in between (10k and HM). I've been following this plan quite to the letter. I had a goal of doing 3:20, ideally 3:15, and later this year to give it a try to my first 50k, now a bit discouraged.

I guess I just need to do more strength training?

Tomorrow have my physio appointment, let's see what they tell me.
