I've been investing for a fair few years now and put $40k in PL 12 months ago, its now worth over $400K along with other investments I could easily clear my mortgage in my mid 30's. This would mean being mortgage free but starting the investment journey from scratch which is pretty daunting to be honest. Keen for some discussion on what others would do.
